Grand Villa is 69 single-floor homes on wide, paved streets on Springfield's west side.4 Each home has its own front door and parking for two cars. It's a 55+ community, and that's a big part of why the street stays quiet.
Joining takes your first name and a phone number. Grand Villa is nearly full, so we keep a waitlist. Homes here come up for sale from time to time, and Cory calls the people on the list.
Lot rent is for the homesite your house sits on. Your home, electric and insurance are extra.

Missouri may give back part of your lot rent
Missouri's Property Tax Credit lets some renters 65 and older count mobile home lot rent, up to $750 a year. There are income limits. You may qualify, so ask a tax preparer.11
