What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your first name, phone number and email address (the forms ask for both so we can reach you), and, if you choose, a note and a preferred visit day. We never ask for your age, your health, or who will live in a home.

How we use it

To answer your request: to call or email you back, keep your place on the waitlist, or arrange a visit. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

The newsletter

If you sign up for news by email, or tick the optional newsletter box on a visit, waitlist or home question form (it starts unchecked), we receive your email address, phone number and, if you give it, your first name. The signup asks for both an email and a phone number. A form request goes through the same way whether or not you tick the newsletter box. We keep them with Loops (loops.so), the service that sends our emails, and use them only for the newsletter and to answer you if you write back. The newsletter signup never sends text messages, and every email has an unsubscribe link. The welcome email suggests one product for the home. That link goes to a shop page that links to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the optional box that allows it. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of joining the waitlist, visiting, or buying a home.

Website statistics

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It records things like pages viewed and buttons pressed, not the words you type into forms.

Changing or removing your details

Call 1-800-209-1533 and ask to be taken off the waitlist or to have your details removed.
